In the heart of Penna San Giovanni, our Cibus shop offers a selection of artisanal cheeses made with passion and local ingredients. Each product reflects our family tradition and love for the authentic flavors of the Marche region.

As you enter our shop, you’ll immediately find the counter displaying cheeses and cured meats, the result of careful selection over time. Quality is our hallmark: alongside our homemade cheeses, we offer a wide variety of carefully selected products from trusted local producers.

Traditional cheeses

Pecorino al latte crudo​ (Raw milk sheep's cheese)

Fresh pecorino with a soft, almost creamy texture. Persistent flavor between sweet and sour. The most traditional cheese of the Marche tradition.

Pecorino di collina

Fresh pecorino, soft white/yellow texture with a sweet flavor due to the pasteurization of the milk.

Pecorino Barzotto del contadino

This pecorino is perhaps the best-seller, semi-aged from 4 to 6 months, the texture is straw yellow in color and its enveloping flavor remains sweet and discreet.

Truffle Pecorino

Fresh cheese, enriched with grated black truffle inside.

Pecorino with chili pepper

Fresh pecorino with chili pepper that gives it a slightly spicy flavor but still suitable for everyone.

Dry hill Pecorino

Suitable for lovers of strong flavors, pungent and savory, a color that from the common yellow becomes a dark amber. Perfect for grating or eating in flakes.
