Our cheeses, the result of artisanal family production, are born from the care and experience passed down over time.

Alongside these, we carefully select the excellence of the Marche region, in collaboration with small local producers who share our passion for authenticity.

Passion and tradition

Chef Elia

My passion for cooking started when I was only nine years old, working alongside my mother at the stove and discovering that every dish tells a story. After studying at the hospitality school in Cingoli and working in various kitchens, an experience in Spain allowed me to expand my culinary vision.

Today I continue to perfect myself through courses and gastronomic events, combining tradition and innovation in my cuisine. My greatest pride is the team that supports me, made up almost entirely of family members, with whom I share passion and values.

In my restaurant there are no boundaries between restaurateur and customer: hospitality, conviviality and mutual respect transform every guest into part of our large family.
